Answers to Common Questions
Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. This fee must be paid before new services will be performed. This includes no-shows.
Yes, but the frequency varies based on breed, coat type, and lifestyle. Long-haired dogs need more frequent grooming, while short-haired breeds benefit from regular brushing to minimize shedding.
Many pet owners overlook the importance of regular nail trims. When nails become overgrown, it can be painful for your pet to walk. Long nails can also impact your dog’s posture and gait and can contribute to inflammation in the joints. In time, long nails can split or curl into the dog’s skin or paw pads, resulting in pain and infection. To prevent these issues, aim to trim your dog’s nails approximately every three to four weeks. Dogs that spend a lot of time walking on pavement may require less frequent nail trims as their nails will wear down naturally.
Pricing is based on breed, hair length, the condition of your pooch’s skin, its temperament, age, and grooming history. We will give an exact cost at your pre-treatment consultation. However, please use the guide prices listed on our Menu above.
As your pooch loves you very much they will wiggle and move around trying to get close to you which is not safe while we are grooming. It is best to drop off your pooch at their scheduled appointment time, and then come back when the treatment is finished. We are very happy to show our customers around the Spa before we begin so you can see where they will have their treatment.
